All teaching materials provided for courses or private tuition are strictly copyright and for the student’s private use only. Further distribution by printing, photocopying or publishing is not permitted unless prior consent has been obtained. |

When booking on-site Group Courses or Workshops a 50% Booking Deposit is required at time of booking to secure and confirm a place on any Course or Workshop. |

Payment of Balance of Group Course or workshop will be required no later than one week prior to Commencement Date of Course or workshop. |

If in the event you need to cancel your booking, a Full Refund will be issued up to Two weeks prior to Course or Workshop Commencement Date. |

Full confirmation of Group Course or Workshop is based on minimum numbers of Ten. In the event that a Course or Workshop has to be cancelled, a full refund of any deposits paid will automatically follow. Final confirmation of Course or Workshop will be issued no later than 10 days prior to start date. |

Once full payment has been received for either online correspondence course or group course/workshop you are granted the right to use the Course Materials for the sole purpose of your non-commercial home or work use in connection with your receipt of the Course. |

Any private arrangements made by an individual with the venue of Group Course or Workshop as in Hotel overnight accommodation is the sole responsibility of the individual. I can accept no responsibility for any over-booking or cancellation of accommodation by the Hotel in question should they occur. It is advisable to confirm all arrangements and accommodation prior to travel. |
