*A Complete and In-depth Tarot Reading Course For the Serious Tarot Student*

The Tarot is an ancient form of divination using archetypal symbols and images to appeal to, and stir the subconscious, the store house of all knowledge and higher wisdom. The Tarot can be used for many reasons other than divination, such as spiritual growth, self-development and meditation.
It is traditionally said that 'nothing of value ever comes easy' and the Tarot is such an instance. No matter how long one has been studying or reading the cards, one forever remains the student. As one progresses through life, each card can take on a new meaning from time to time, which, can then be incorporated into readings for others. Each time the cards are spread new story lines emerge so the student never tires or bores of the subject. The Tarot holds a fascination for us all and it is through applying and immersing oneself in the cards, and having a genuine love of the cards, that one becomes not just another Tarot card reader but rather an excellent one.
The Tarot consists of 78 cards and is broken up into three different groups consisting of the following:

	The Minor Arcana (little secrets) teaches us the four approaches to life through the Wands, Cups, Swords and Pentacles – 40 cards in total
	The Court Cards relate to and identify our self or the people in our life. These are known as Page, Knight, Queen and King - 16 cards in total
	The Major Arcana (big secrets) are very powerful cards and contain important spiritual lessons. They also give us vital information as to the spiritual causes behind situations in our life as in why things are happening to us and how we contribute to our own situations, creating our own realities both positive and negative. They offer deep insight and wisdom to those who are ready to listen - 22 cards in total

Unlike learning other oracle cards, you will not learn the Tarot overnight. Detailed, comprehensive notes are given and each card is explored in depth. These notes eventually build into the student's 'Tarot Bible', which can be returned to time and time again for a constant source of inspiration as your knowledge of the cards expands and deepens. It is up to the student to practice between classes or workshops and twinning or reading for family and friends is encouraged from day one. Time is given during class or workshop for reading practice which enables students to apply their newly acquired knowledge under my guidance, in a 'live' situation.
Part of Tarot reading involves developing one's intuition, so time is also given to basic psychic development which is always very popular with students, and many are amazed to discover latent psychic gifts previously unknown to them. Students are also introduced to pendulum dowsing as a complementary divination tool. As each student is individual, some take to the cards immediately while for others, progress is much slower. There is no right or wrong in this situation.
Although there is no governing body for Tarot Readers, a certificate is issued to each student on completion of each section of the course. Truly Teach Me Tarot is one of the most comprehensive and in-depth Tarot Reading Course available in class, book or online format. The Truly Teach Me Tarot Course will take the serious and committed Tarot Student 90% of the way to eventually becoming a professional reader. The remaining 10% is up to the student and will eventually make them a unique and particular style of reader. This I cannot teach the student, it is something that must come from within.
Much work is covered during each class or workshop. However, classes are fun and informal and are open to both male and female. The minimum age for students is 18 years except under special circumstances such as mother and daughter etc.
A beautiful Truly Teach Me Tarot Certificate is awarded to each student who has successfully completed each section of this course.
Truly Teach Me Tarot Students will be eligible to join The Little House of Healing ‘Tarot Together Group Circle’ which will be formed later in the year. This group will meet once a month to exchange readings and ideas, group readings, tarot meditations etc. The will be a charge per person per meeting.
It is my hope that from this group will grow a strong network of Tarot enthusiasts. It is also my desire that as a group we become involved in some form of voluntary charity work possibly offering our services to charitable organisations for fund raising events etc.

Truly Teach Me Tarot Course is broken into three modules

PART I - Intensive workshop for beginners and improvers covering the Minor Arcana. Journey through each Suit of the Minor Arcana as they weave their individual stories which resonate will all our lives. Explore the deep symbolism contained within each card. Learn how to interpret spreads and exercises to develop intuition and psychic awareness. Discover a whole new way of understanding not only who you are and what governs your actions but also those around you. PART II -  For those who have completed Part One or those who wish to deepen their working knowledge of the Tarot. Workshop will cover The Court Cards. Get to know and understand the archetypal families behind the four Suits of the Minor Arcana, Examine their personalities both positive and negative. Discover which personality you most identify with or most dislike. Discover the energies that govern your relationships with family, partners, friends and colleagues. Get to grips with the personalities behind the 12 signs of the Zodiac and how they relate to the Court Cards. Introduction to basic dowsing, working with larger spreads and developing reading skills. PART III - For those who have completed Part One and Part Two or those who wish to develop their knowledge of the Tarot and Master the spiritual depths of the Major Arcana. Journey with the Fool through the remaining 22 cards which make up the Major Arcana. Learn about the archetypes contained within each card and how they psychologically impact all our lives. Understand the spiritual lessons of the Major Arcana and how they can guide us with their wisdom and teachings. Expand on the depth of your readings using the full deck in spreads. Understand the responsibility of being a Tarot Reader and the ethics associated with this discipline.

Each student will require a deck of Original or Golden Rider-Waite cards. A pendulum will be required for Part Two and Part Three of Course.

Please Note that a 50% Booking Deposit is required at time of booking to secure and confirm a place on any Course or Workshop.

Balance will be required no later than one week prior to the Commencement Date of Course.
